There could be a range of reasons why your store is unavailable. Many times if a store is closed by our support team an email communication will also be sent to the account owner email address too.
Have you checked your account owner email as well as your junk/spam? If you have not received an email yet about your limited access to your store I would recommend reaching out to our live support for an update.
