Track which users visited your store , even they don't but anything (email)

I'm completely new to Shopify and I have a requirement for my store. I want to add a custom code that will provide a list of users along with their email addresses who have visited the page. This will help for sales purposes, and I'll be able to contact them in the future.

Here's a breakdown of my requirements:

1. Custom code that shows all user IDs of those who visited my store.
2. I want users to fill in their details when entering the store.
