Tracking Sales

Hello Shopify Community,

What's the easiest and most simple way to track purchases made through my Google Ads campaigns? I have been trying to set it up through YouTube videos, support pages etc but this is just very confusing.

I have the Google and YouTube app, my products are all approved and I guess I am tracking conversions 

Is this enough? My motivation to get this fixed has turned into pure frustration.

Is google and youtube app working for you to track the conversion properly?

If not consider google tag manager GTM to configure the conversion tracking .
