Transfer my old domain to Shopify hosting name?

Hi Everyone,

I have a domain with another web hosting company who will transfer my domain to my Shopify website. I already have the main domain but this will be a sub domain. They asked me “Could you please provide us with a new hosting name?” Who would this be? They also want a fee £118 for moving it. I’m doing it to protect my existing domains and brand and to stop someone else using the surplus one as it is nearly expired. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thank you for responding. Yes I have a Shopify store clickagift.com and have a spare domaine with this other company from 2 years which is clickagift.U.K. I know it’s close to expiring. But to retain the domain I wondered if it’s worth paying them to transfer it.
