Shopify has locks on my paid domain which is very frustrating. There is no information on how to unlock my domain or where to find the authorization code. All help pages are not working and that’s even more frustrating. I reached out to support through email and was told Shopify no longer supports email messages. The sooner I can get this issue resolved, I’m running far away from Shopify! Please help!!

To clarify, are you trying to transfer a domain to Shopify or away from Shopify?
Have you tried to visit the Help Center using any other browsers, devices, or internet connections?
How you unlock your domain and find your authorization code will depend on whether you're transferring your domain to or from Shopify. This guide can help if you're trying to transfer a Shopify-managed domain to another store or domain provider. If you're trying to transfer a third-party domain to Shopify you'll want to follow the steps in this guide instead.
If you can't access those Help Center pages I shared, I recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps. These steps can often solve issues with the Help Center or at least rule out the issue being caused by something local to the device, browser, or internet connection you're using.
Clear your cache and cookies. If you're using Google Chrome, use the "all time" date range.
Ensure your browser's cookie preferences are not set to "Block all cookies".
Try using another browser, and try within your browser's private or incognito mode.
Try another device, such as another computer or a cellphone.
Try another internet connection. For example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.
Ensure there are no popups being blocked in the web browser.
Ensure you don't have any firewalls or VPNs (virtual private networks) enabled on your device or network blocking Shopify.
