Transferring Go Daddy Domain from Wix to Shopify - verification issues

Hi there,

I have created a Shopify website.  I was using Wix but am making a whole new website.  I have a domain bought from GoDaddy.  I disconnected the domain from Wix.  I unlocked it in GoDaddy.  I've added it to my shopify website but I now I see this message:

'Your domain, www. brownlily.com.au is not yet connected

The connection of www. brownlily.com.au is not yet verified.  Come back later to retry verification.'

How do I 'retry verification'?  Or will this take place automatically?

I just have a few questions I'd like to ask to make sure I have all of the information I need to support you:

• Are you trying to transfer this domain to Shopify? Or, are you just looking to connect it to your store while having it remain hosted by GoDaddy?
• How long ago did you try to add this domain to your store?
• Did you receive any emails related to you trying to add your domain from Shopify?
• Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error message you're getting?
