Translation file could not be pushed when using "shopify dev"

Hi,

I'm simply starting a shopify app, following the instructions of https://shopify.dev/apps/online-store/theme-app-extensions/getting-started

But I have an error when running "shopify dev".

12:12:00 Error  » 'test' could not be pushed:

12:12:03 Error  » 'test' could not be pushed:

If I add a translation json file, this file cannot be push. And of course on the frontend, I see the error: there is not translation for xxxx.

But how I can fix this "push" problem? I try to recreate, rename the file ... nothing works I just can't push a json.
