Translation keys - nav and footer

Hello 🙂

We have created a custom theme to upload to Shopify. When we upload the theme, we get the error message "too many translation keys". I think this is because the navigation and footer are being translated for every single page. Is there any way to include the navigation and footer translation that could apply across the whole website, instead of adding it to every page? How would we add this to the default text file?

I've pasted the translation below, from the nav, this text is repeated on every page of the translation file.
