I am trying to set up a store and migrate a store on a different platform. So far, nothing works.
1. Set up store
2. Offer for the $1/month pops up, I click on that to sign up for a plan and nothing happens.
3. I added the Store Importer App, I click on that and nothing happens.
4. Under the Online store, I click on Themes thinking I can add one, nothing happens.
So far, nothing happens. This is very confusing. I am moving over from an older platform to make things easier, not harder. Any ideas?
I tried the Shopify status check and all systems are go.

On which link/website have you seen the $1/month offer? If that is an external website, its most probably that they have a bug and the offer is inaccessible. Please try to access that page in an incognito window (CTRL + SHIFT + N for Chrome).
Regarding item #4, have you published the newly added theme? If it does not show within the themes list, I'd recommend to report a bug - you should receive a resolution shortly.

Thank you for your reply. The offer actually shows up on shopify when I log in. I click the "Pick a plan" button but nothing happens.
Settings does not work either. In fact, none of the buttons work although I can see drop down menus on the left hand side. It is as if the shopify store is just a mock up with nothing attached.
As far as I can tell, this is a problem with Shopify and Firefox. The store does nothing in the latest version of Firefox but it works in Edge. I prefer not to use Chrome. How does it not work in Firefox?
