So, our company is 25 years old, and over that time we have compiled more than 150,000 names with emails, some without, addresses, some without.
We uploaded them all, and tried to announce our new website to our customer base, but we had so many dead links, that our email was in error.
When we uploaded them all we did not do a good job of accurately tagging them from where they came from, and now we have an insurmountably tall task of cleaning it all up.
We are trying to find out how we can delete all customer data and start at zero, so that we can upload in meaningful batches. Our choppy site is only 2 weeks old, so there's no customer data that we need. Any tips?
@JMESS Hope you are doing well.
Are you not able to select all customers at a time from Shopify admin and delete it at once?
Hey @JMESS!
You should definitely be able to accomplish this directly through the Shopify admin. Although you can only select 50 customers at first, after doing so you should see a new option to "Select all 50+ customers". Check out this quick video for an example: https://share.heliumdev.com/nOuJX22n
I'm trying this. I hope it works. Thanks.
Wow, it worked. You're the first person to help and I've been searching for months. Thanks.
