After running a test order on my new shop I discovered that when attempting to add additional items to cart, as soon as I clicked on Continue Shopping, it erases any item currently in the shopping cart making it impossible for a customer to purchase. I'm not a coder however I did read that another user.. (same issue different theme) solved it by removing old, unused CSS files and un-referenced JS snippets. I have no idea how to identify unused code, and wonder if anyone knows how to reach out to a theme developer?

Thanks again Sonya for the back and forth to help me get to the bottom of this issue. For anyone reading this thread, I had an issue where when using mobile to purchase multiple items from my website, as soon as I clicked any link after adding the first item, the cart would empty. The issue was not the theme code, it was the outdated OS on my older iPhone. So if you ever have a customer messaging saying their items are disappearing from the cart, ask them if they are on mobile and if so, if their OS has the latest update.

Hi, I'm having the same problem but in this case it isn't outdated phone OS as it's been tested by multiple people on Android, Apple, Windows, and everything is updated. What's the next step we can take?
