Unable to add to cart

A customer made me aware of a problem that was discovered about an hour ago. She was unable to add a product to the cart. I tried myself and recieve an error msg. Please help me out. I have no idea how long this has been an issue and how many sales I have lost because of this. 

Error msg recieved when pressing add to cart:
SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

I checked your website and tried to add items on my cart, and it worked perfectly fine. I highly suggest that you try to do troubleshooting such as, using different browsers, switch devices, and clear your cookies and cache.

It worked by switching to an older version of the theme, so the one you tested is the old version live now. My problem is my theme provider released a new update and it's something in that version that's making this break. I have sent them a message on several different platforms to get guidance in solving this, but no reply yet.
