Unable to diagnose why webhook is clearing itself ?

Dear Shopify Team, 

A webhook is created which is integrated with 3rd party apps. But sometimes it clear itself without showing any warning or email. We don't know how to check the reason behind. I found in another thread that before clearing webhook shopfy inform via email. But we didn't get any email. 

Can somebody from shopify team help us in this matter. Thanks in advance.
