Unable to renew expired domain; email access tied to expired domain

Hello, I’m having trouble renewing an expired domain. My store's access is tied to an email that belongs to the expired domain, and when I receive the verification code to log in and renew the domain, it doesn’t arrive because the domain is expired.

I have tried contacting support, but it is taking a long time. I’ve been waiting for 3 days, and the domain has been expired since August 19, 2024.

The domain is registered under my name with my email (which uses the expired domain), so I can’t log in and I’m still waiting.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
