Unable to see IDEAL payment option in checkout

Hello all,

 

I have added shopify payments to my site, and within the shopify payments IDEAL is activated (not in test mode). The only country that a customer can by from on my site is the Netherlands (an IDEAL) country. But still only credit card shows up as an option. I've even tried adding IDEAL as a alternative payment method and still doesnt work. Ive checked everything over and over and cant figure out why this doesnt work.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Charles,

 

Thanks for the response. The only option for country on the shop is the Netherlands at the moment as that is the only country we ship to. Shopify payments is the primary payment at the moment and from the image you see beloe, IDEAL is among the options, which whould be activated in checkout once they see the country in Netherlands (which is always is).

I can see in the screenshot of your reply on this thread that iDEAL looks to have been enabled on your store. As you're unable to see it on your checkout though, we'd want to investigate and conduct some of our own testing from our end in order to help troubleshoot.
