Unable to upload image

10 days have passed since the start of Shopify, I sent several messages and did not receive any help. You may help me to fix the upload error because the images for the products are not uploaded.

The error text is (There was an issue uploading in media.try again later) In addition, I can not upload my photo to any part of the shop.

There may be various reasons as to why this error message appears when uploading images to your products.

1. There may be another upload in progress. This can be due to another larger file uploading in the admin, or an app importing a large volume of data.
2. You may have reached the media upload limit for your store. The upload limit varies based on the subscription plan you've chosen. You can view the chart below or review our Help Center resource for the media upload limit.

 

That being said, I recommend getting in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center, so we can try to replicate the issue and implement troubleshooting steps. This allows our team to safely and securely access your account, as we are unable to via the community forum.
