Unable to verify tax details

Im currently stuck unable to use Shopify payments because I can't verify tax details.

When prompted to enter ssn and select business type sole proprietor and click submit it only loads for a moment then does nothing.

What browser are you using? I had similiar issues with Safari, but once I switch to Chrome it worked.

Ive tried on both chrome, and firefox, also chrome on mobile and desktop mode
