uncancelleing an order wrongly cancelled.

I have an order which has been closed and sent to costomer on september 2023 but today (16.01.2024)  I accedently cancelled the order.

order was paid and also sent to costomer how ever it give me permission to cancel the order.

Q1: How I can prevent this action?

Q2: How can I correct this order?
