Under sneakerterritory.de available but under www.sneakerterritory.de not?

Hello,

Some people tell me that they cant access my shop. They only come to the website is not reachable site. I tested it and I come to the same problem. But only when I add www. before sneakerterritory.de. If I only type sneakerterritory.de than it works. But www.sneakerterritory.de not? Anyone could tell me the possible problem? Maybe the ssl certificate or something like that?

I think that this is probably happening due to DNS issue. So, first of all, I would check the DNS settings – have you set up CNAME record correctly for www?

Thank you for the link for us to test out. I can confirm that there is an issue with your domains CNAME record. 

Your www CNAME record should point to shops.myshopify.com.

If your CNAME record has been updated to point to the correct place then it can take some time for it to finish loading. If after 48 hours it is still not working please contact your domain host to find out more information on why that is. 

In the interim, I recommend setting up a domain redirect from the www domain to the non www domain in your store admin.
