Hi Shopify Community,

 

I’m facing a frustrating situation and would appreciate any advice or insights. Here’s what happened:

  • I installed the Dropshipman app for a free trial but uninstalled it before the trial ended. Despite this, I was charged $39.92 USD.
  • I haven’t used the app, and the charge seems unjustified.
  • My Shopify account has been frozen, which is adding to the difficulty of resolving this issue.
  • Despite reaching out to the Support Advisor, the issue remains unresolved.

Has anyone experienced something similar with this app or others? How did you handle it?

 

Additionally, I’d like to know:

  • What steps can I take to get my account unfrozen?
  • How can I ensure proper cancellation of app subscriptions to avoid future charges?
  • Are there any Shopify policies or resources that can help in cases like this?
