Unexpected results after install theme as zip-package

Hello all. We are theme developers, and we faced one issue, which, we hope, you could help us with.

Sometimes, when we install the theme as a zip package, we get unexpected results, like the following:

• In the newly installed package, when we select "Add section" and open the dropdown list with sections, we can see among our sections some additional positions that don't belong to our theme. And they are missing name translations. After re-installing the same zip package, the issue disappears.
• In the newly installed package, when we go to the default template "Collection list", there is an additional section that should not be there as a preset. After the re-installation of the same package, everything is back to normal.
• In the newly installed package, when we try to go and select the default template in, for example, the "Blog" folder, a notice appears that there are no available templates in this folder. Again, after the re-installation everything is okay, and the default templates are back there, working fine. This happens occasionally and not specifically for the "Blog" folder, but other folders as well.

All the above scenarios are rare and can be fixed simply with the re-installation of the same package.

Could you please advise if any similar cases happened and give a hint on the reasons why they may appear?
