Hi@procouplings

Please share the URL where this is appearing. It's probably that your theme code or an app you're using has the error so you can contact them to help resolve it.

That is an error in your theme structured data so you'll want to contact your theme about resolving it.

Alternatively, you can install a structured data app like JSON-LD for SEO and ignore the theme error. While testing your store's structured data I found a few areas of concern.

JSON-LD for SEO will automatically add structured data for all of these when you install the app.

  • Your products are missing data, which while aren't required for Rich Results or any other search enhancement, I recommend you have in place in case Google changes the Rich Results requirements in the future.
  • If you utilize ads such as those through Merchant Center, you are missing the required data which is usually needed for ads to be approved. You'll also need to make sure you've entered your unique product identifiers (MPN or GTIN) at the variant level. If those are already entered, they are also not showing in the product data but should be. By adding the unique product identifiers that Merchant Center needs, you'll be eligible for the shipping and returns Rich Result in organic results.
  • I couldn't find any product reviews for your products. If you don't have them, I'd strongly recommend installing a product reviews app as they add a lot of social proof and can get you some really great search enhancements. Here's a list of the product review apps that JSON-LD for SEO integrates with.
  • Even when the theme fixes your logo, the business data (Organization) is limited. It should include your company name, address, phone, etc. This data works with your Google Business Profile to build out the Google Knowledge Graph Card about your business in the search results. It's that large box you see on the right of the search results from time-to-time.
  • Your Shopify Pages are missing some of the critical data that is needed to get Rich Results for your articles.
  • Your blogs are missing some data, which while aren't required for Rich Results or any other search enhancement, I recommend you have in place in case Google changes the Rich Results requirements for articles in the future.
  • Your Blogs and Product pages don't have the breadcrumb structured data which is recommended to get Breadcrumb Rich Results. Though this may not make a significant difference in your traffic, it may help Google to better understand your page structure. You must enable breadcrumbs as this isn't automatically turned on for you.

Advanced features that are not automatic but can be added:

  • Your FAQ page is missing the critical data which is needed to get FAQ Rich Results. This is not automatic with JSON-LD for SEO, but we do support adding structured data using metafields (custom fields). FAQ Rich Results are hard to obtain with recent updates from Google but may be worth the effort nonetheless so that Google can better understand the content on the page.

If you'd like to test your store for yourself, here's how to do that:

Overall, I think JSON-LD for SEO could help your performance in the search results.

Here's a link to install it from the Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/json-ld-for-seo

Let me know if you have any other questions. If you do decide to install the app, I'd be happy to have you as a customer.

If the app isn't for you, that's fine too. Your theme should at least be able to fix the logo error for you.
