Unwanted Message, need to get rid of

Hi! Since I am a dropshipper, I offer free shipping. However, in the "cart" section of my "refresh theme" store, under subtotal, it says taxes and shipping will be calculated a checkout. I want to get rid of this message completely. I am unable to customize it from the Shopify admin so I assume it needs code. Can anyone help me with this? Also with the code provided please note that I have an app that is a checkbox that the customer must check to proceed to checkout which asks them if they agree with my policies. The app is called ROAR Terms and Conditions. I need to keep this message which is right under the message that I want to delete: "Taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout"
