Updated a new app when API expired, but it is still show exception

We created our own Shopify app, and the API was out of date. Then we deleted the old app and created a new one. We set up the permissions and used the latest version of the API. But the request still throws an exception.

Please tell me the solution if you know how to solve it. Thank you very much.
