I'm having trouble locating where to edit the copy on the Confirmation Page and Email when a product is ordered. There seems to be a default setting on the Shopify CMS but also in the Langauge Section of the theme, but I can't locate our copy from before that is circled.

You can edit the order confirmation email from Settings / Notifications / Orders (section) - Order Confirmation. Click on it and then preview on the top right corner to see if it's the same, then edit.

Thank you Kloonk! Your answer was a solution for part of it, but I solved the issue I was having. The confirmation copy was attached to the Local Delivery option, giving a different version of the ordering copy.
