I am getting this error with every size image upload (including images far less than 20 MP in resolution). Photos I was able to upload yesterday are not uploading today.
This seem to have been a general error in the past. Anyone else experiencing this?

Gotcha, yeah seems like that would be fine. Funny that there's a calculator when the math is so simple but I guess it works 😛
Maybe as something to try, open the image in an image editor and then Save As just to rewrap the image. Just in case something weird happened the first time it was exported, bad metadata or whatever. Failing that you'll probably be best off contacting support to get a closer look at it.
Are you sure it's less than 20 megapixels? How big is the image? An easy way to double check is to multiply the height and width together and see if it's less than 20 million. For example if the image is a 1080 by 1080 square then that's 1,166,400 which is far below 20 million. On the other hand if it's a 6000 by 6000 square then that's 36,000,000 which is above 20 million. So yeah check the image size and post it here and we'll see!
Here's the specs on the image and the site I used to calculate the megapixels.

lol. Yeah right about a basic multiplication calculator. Maybe it was a beginner's portfolio project. So, I opened the image in photoshop and re-saved it. That solved the problem. I have a large batch of images, so I have been using export layers in photoshop. That process may be putting some weird encoding on it. I hope that's not the case. Exporting layer by layer will be very expensive with 150 images! Thx
Also, oddly enough, now that it has accepted the re-exported image, the other images that were previously being rejected as too large are now able to upload.
