Uploading Product Reviews from Rivyo App to Shopify Store

I am using Rivyo app to import all product reviews from Alieexpress to the Rivyo app.  I can see all product reviews on the app and have added the Rivyo "Product Reviews & QA" badge to my website, LunarRisingSportswear.com, but the reviews are still not showing up.  Can someone help?  Thank you!

As @AvadaCommerce has outlined here, in cases where you're looking for support for any third-party app you have added to your store you can reach out to the developers of that app with your queries.

 

You can either find the contact details listed on the app store page, or you can click on 'Get support' next to the name of any app in the Apps menu in your admin.

 

Could you let me know a bit more about your business and what you're working on currently?

 

Would you be setting up your store and working your way towards launch?
