URGENT HELP NEEDED! Customers unable to get on our store due to SSL PROTOCOL ERROR

I had an issue yesterday where I couldn't access my Shopify store, it was coming up with the error below saying "This site can't provide a secure connection":

 

After googling solutions I managed to fix it by disabling the QUIC protocol in chrome://flags. But now our customers are having the same issue on chrome! And its not really feasible to ask them all to go through the same process to fix this. Is there nothing that can be done from our end to solve this issue? And why is it all of a sudden happening? Our store has been in operation for years. We did just re-do the theme but none of the domain or DNS settings have been changed.
