我今天早上收到一封写了紧急邮件的邮件，但是当我上传我的 shopify 编辑器时，右上角的新闻框（“小铃铛”按钮）没有什么新内容。是假的吗？我该怎么处理呢？

 I think it's a scam but to confirm lets chat with them and see what they ask for.    

Keep note don't share your store information with them neither store URL nor any login credentials.

It's completely a scam. 
Block and mark them as spam.

Yes, it is a scam. Shopify will not use a Gmail address to send notifications to you. So, no worries.
