My account remains unresolved and appears to be "inactive." When attempting to access my store, the following message displays: "There’s a problem loading this page - Your account doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."
The day before the account was disabled, I think I made a sale and received payment via Shopify. I am deeply concerned that the customer who purchased jewelry from me might perceive this situation as suspicious since my account is locked, and the website is inaccessible. This uncertainty is causing me considerable distress.
I've promptly provided Shopify with all the necessary details for account verification. However, it's been over two weeks without any resolution, and I've yet to receive a response from Shopify. Engaging with the Shopify help desk via chat has yielded the same response every time, instructing me to "Please wait for Shopify to verify your account." This delay is problematic, especially if an item was sold, as I am unable to view the customer's purchase details. There is a risk that the customer may feel I have misled them due to the disappearance of my website.
I'm in urgent need of assistance to restore my account. I'm extremely anxious to regain access to my shop. Any help would be much appreciated

They will reach out to you via email to request for documents. I've just gotten my account approved.
Did shopify resolve your problem? It is the same for me as I just signed up around December 30th and my account got disabled the next day. I did not upload anything that infringe the copyright as all photos are taken by myself. I do not understand why my account got disabled. I'm already running my shop on another website and do have a legit instagram account for years to promote the business. I've submitted documents to the legal team last Friday as requested and they have yet to reply. Even after contacting the live chat associate, they also mentioned that they can't do anything except to help coordinate with the internal team to get it expedited. There is nothing I can do except wait for their team to get back, which might take more days, weeks or even months.

Unfortunately, there's still no resolution. I've attempted to chat with them, but they mentioned not having the authority to assist since they're not part of the verifying Shopify team. I've been told to wait for a resolution. It's been over two weeks now, and I'm beginning to lose hope. My hands are tied I don't know what else I can do 😓
