Use admin settings on shopify theme local

Hi, I have setup shopify theme development envoironment on my local. I am able to view my code changes on http://127.0.0.1:9292/ but it always takes default values of schema. How to preview changes by selecting different options of schema? 

For example: 

I have made some code changes for menu type: and I want to see how it effects desktop menu options for all types.  on my local only Dropdown view is displayed, how to locally view different options !!? 😞
