Using my existing website and host with shopify

I have a website which i coded in html ad css.  I would like to use my shopify hosting to host my site and use buy now buttons for the few items i will be listing.  how exactly does the hosting process work?  I will be modifying the website when adding new products.  will i be modifying my code on your server through FTP?  I am confused totally and need help.  my website is https://moldesigntest.com/thetradingcardclub/

To set some expectations for you quickly, Shopify Support Staff like myself are not trained on code, so I won't be able to advise on any specific coding changes you may need to make in relation to this integration between Shopify and your website.

With that being said, integrating a buy button is very easy to do once you have started your Shopify Account! You're able to create a buy button that represents a specific product or collection (these products and collections must be created within Shopify) and then use some HTML coding to bring the button over to your own website for visibility. All of your products that you plan on selling via the Buy Button would need to be added into your Shopify Accounts admin for the integration to work as expected. You wouldn't need to be editing any additional code beyond copying and pasting the html related to the buy button to embed it on your current website.
