Variants as checkboxes

Shopify dawn theme, I want to allow customers to select a choice of 3 unique variants, from a single list of options. To do this I have changed my stores variants from radio to checkbox to allow multiple selection. 

This works fine, however I am unsure how I can allow the customer to add all the variants selected to the cart. Currently the first variant is only added and displayed, how can I add all the selected variants to cart. 

Any ideas or direction would be appreciated, thanks, Alfie

So you are looking to give customers multiple choice of variants where customers can select more than one option and add them to cart >> 

It is possible with the existing variants you only have to hard code for users to select multiple variants and add them. I would recommend to seek help of a developer.
