Video Not Showing on Mobile - Capital Theme

Hi,

I am setting up the Capital theme, which has a video overlay with text feature. This video is appearing fine on  the desktop but not showing at all on the mobile version. I have tried to reduce the res etc but it still won't work. Can someone please assist?

Hi,

My partner and I both use iPhones (iPhone 13 and an iPhone 8). Please see attached, this is what appears on both devices. I have tried both wifi and 5g but similar issue.

Hi, I have now tried to attach the video with both a link to youtube and to an upload directly to shopify and I have reduced the resolution etc but no luck. 

I have also contacted (twice) the third party responsible for the theme, but have had no response. 

Is there any other avenue i can go down for a solution to this issue?
