we want to stop using the shop, how to stop it and could we get the money back?

You can deactivate your store from store admin > Settings > Plan and contact support of Shopify for asking refund.

To close your Shopify store:

1. Go to Settings > Plan in Shopify admin.
2. Click Deactivate store.
   
   

To find out if you can get a refund for your subscription, please contact the Shopify Support Team. Write "refund" in the chat > Click "I still need help" > you'll then be asked to log in and then be added to the support queue. Please let me know if you need more help with connecting to someone.
