Web support ai bot not working

• I have been trying to get to support staff urgently due to my shopify account being hacked and locking me out.  They change where the money goes and it is straight into their account and this poorly made ai support bot absolutely will not actually fetch or get me to an agent. I've already reported this to the BBB, and have obtained legal counsel. Shopify is absolutely **bleep** terrible for this ai bot support bull**bleep** and we will be taking legal action.
