Website cannot be accessed, no way to solve

I have just paid for my account three days ago. I've connected the website to my domain and updated the theme. I've also attempted to connect the website to a third-party payment gateway. But today, upon opening my website, it just shows me this message:

I could not access the store from my admin as well. It would just show this message:

Trying to contact support also doesn't allow me to continue, even though all my details were filled in. It just constantly shows me this message, even after updating:

Please help, there is nothing left I can do at this point. There need to be other ways to access direct support, this is just plain annoying.

If there are any issues with your account you should be notified via an email sent to the account owner email address. If you haven't yet, I recommend checking your email for any emails from Shopify about your account. If you do this and you still aren't seeing any information about what happened, I'd recommend you speak with our support team through the Help Center here. I know you've already tried this, but this would be the best way to get more help and I'm happy to walk you through it. 

 

Based on the screenshot you shared it looks like you are being asked to login when you reach out through the Help Center. Since you're having trouble logging in, please tell the Help Center assistant that you "can't login" instead and it should provide you with an Account Support option. It can sometimes take a few seconds for that option to appear. If you select this you should be able to continue to the available support options without logging in so that you can speak to a Support Advisor about this. We can't see your account information here over the Shopify Community, but if you speak to a Support Advisor about this we can help in more detail.
