I get this message when trying to open my site on it's domain or in preview mode. What could be the issue and how do I fix this?

Your screenshot looks to show a Cloudfare issue — I can confirm that there was a Cloudfare API service issue earlier today, which has impacted most functions within a Shopify store's domain management. From Cloudfare's status page here, it looks like affected services are gradually restoring. Upon accessing your website, I'm now able to view browse through it just fine:
