Shopify store is running since last 3 years, but suddenly since last 2 day website and admin take 10-15 minutes to open it, It only in one type of network(Jio network) provider in India. can you please guide us how to solve it.

I am facing the same problem. Did you find a fix? My store is working fine on other networks, But on jio 5G or jio fiber, website is not loading properly.
I'm experiencing the same issue. Both my website and the Shopify admin portal are extremely slow and often fail to load when using Jio Fiber. As an online business, this is causing significant challenges since we rely on Jio Fiber for our internet connection at both home and office. However, everything works perfectly fine on other networks.
Please post if you find a solution. We are experiencing significant revenue loss due to this issue. I believe we should collectively report this to Jio.
I’ve been raising this issue with Jio, and it’s becoming really frustrating. The first time I contacted them, they suggested turning the router off for 6-8 hours, which didn’t help. Then they advised me to forget the Wi-Fi network and reconfigure it, but that didn’t work either. Needless to say, I’ve tried restarting the router multiple times. I’m honestly very frustrated at this point.
I had to write this comment also on Vodafone network.. its that bad!
The technicians visited yesterday and identified data packet failures for admin.shopify.com. They have escalated the issue to the data center team, who have assured us it will be resolved within 24 hours.
Please provide an update if this issue is resolved. Currently, the problem persists.

Thats true, Using Jio nowadays hard to use Shopify front and back end, taking a lot of time to load, our staff continues reporting to me and I cleared the cookies and history, I thought it can improve the speed but no luck, might be some ip issues with jio and jio flagged the shopify ip as spam? Not sure but maybe happens.

Even we are facing same issues, front end and back end is not loading. We are having 2 offices, jio connection is where the issue is. Overall shopify websites belonging to our competitors are also slow, when we speak to chat support shopify claims that everything is ok.
