Website not taking orders on the front or backend. Please help.

Is anyone else having issues w customers not being able to place orders on website?

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our Developers have been made aware of this issue and advised it has since been resolved. Due to this, your customers should no longer be experiencing any issues when attempting to checkout. 


If however, you are still experiencing errors, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to investigate further, as we wouldn't have access to any account information through the Community.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
  • Log into your shop.
  • Select one of the available support options.
