Website not working on mobile phones

HI There my website www.https://giftsandgadgetsstore.com doesnt seem to be working on mobile phones and i don't know how to fix this? I switched out the image on my landing page and i wonder if that's what's caused the issue. can someone tell me how i fix this? Also I've been uploading products from Zendrop and it seems to have created lots of links under the products section that I didn't really want. If anyone got some advise to fix that too id really appreciate it. Thank you
