I'm facing a challenging situation with my website, https://www.hatke.co.in/ regarding its merchant account. Despite having been active on Google Merchant Center and Google Ads for three years, my account was recently suspended for the reason "Website or online store needs improvement." I've tried everything within my limited knowledge and even sought help from Google's technical support, but they couldn't identify a specific issue. After the last manual review, they offered some suggestions, but I'm still struggling to resolve the problem. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on how to fix this issue.

Suggestions to fix this issue:
Make sure your website is fully-functional, content is specific to your business, and the information available is easy to understand and complete. Your website should not have the broken links, templated content, and placeholders of text or images. Where possible, avoid generic information and offer customers accurate and helpful details about your store and products.
For example: Everything is discounted. If the discount is not real this is a reason. You can only claim a discount if the original price you show was sold at in recent history. If that is not the case, don't claim a sale price.
Selling so much random products also does not show much trust. Google prefers niche merchants.
You may have a lot more issues, so make sure to check your website.
The discounts have been available from the past 3 years from the time my google ads were running. Its seems more of a placeholder image or text issue either on the homepage or the product descriptions it seems if you can guide in this as well. Thanks
I don't know what you are saying about placeholder image or text.
Regardless, year round sales are not allowed. As this is considerd misleading.
Regardless if you are approved before, Google checks and rechecks periodically your website. It's possible that Google did not notice before, but did notice what you did now.
