What app can help with variant product pack building?

I'm looking for an app (quantity limits or wholesale) that will help me achieve the following behavior:

I have a variable product called 12-pack syrups. The customer must select 12 flavors (variants) of syrup before adding to the cart whether that's 12 different variants, 12 of the same variant, or anything in between. The quantity for each variant must go up by 1, and the customer should be able to add multiple 12-packs to the cart if they wish.

Another variable product example is a 4-pack of sauces. The customer must select a minimum of 4 flavors (variants) before they can add the product to the cart. There are a few different products this would have to work on.

We also need tiered pricing, where each product could have 3 different pricing levels associated with it, but this can come later.

Any ideas on what apps could help me?

Not sure if you have tried my app, BYOB. We can support building a custom pack with different products. Customers can select what they want on a single page. Also, we can support tiered discounts with multiple tiers.

Here's a sample bundle you can try if you only want a bundle SKU appearing on the cart. If you want separate items to be added to the cart, it's also ok.

BYOB looks like exactly what I need. Does it only bundle separate top-level products, or can it also bundle variations (flavors) within a top-level product (12 pack of syrups)?

You can select whether bundling products or a collection in a bundle condition. If you have more than 20 products in a condition, you'll use a collection.

If you want to select the variants in a product, it's also ok. Each variant will be displayed as a product card on the product grid.
