What are the SEO implications of changing a expansion store to be under our main store.

We currently have two separate stores one is global (.com) and one is a local store for Singapore (.sg). They are hosted on two separate Shopify accounts.

Would moving the one from .sg to be under the .com site ie. .com/sg have any SEO implications?
