What could be causing my LAY-BUY payment checkout issue?

Hi team,

i have configured LAY-BUY on my store, and its already synced correctly with paypal

when i perform test (buy Now) , then i selected LAY-BUY visa/master, it redirecting the page (before putting visa info page), and getting the below error:

Something went Wrong.

Sorry, due to some communication fault your payment has not been processed.

Try again later.

.........................................................

 

 

any idea please to resolve it ?

As Laybuy is considered to be a third-party payment provider, the best thing you can do is to connect with them directly. This will allow the payment provider to take a closer look into your account set up and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
