What does LCP mean in Google PageSpeed Insights?

Google PageSpeed Insights is showing that my LCP is:

and I'm thoroughly confused. Why does it not show the actual LCP - which in my case is the main/hero image - but instead it is showing literally a whole page from the footer up to a header? 

And for reference - this is the LCP for all of my pages. The homepage, collection, product page - all of them. Which makes it even more confusing
