i got this message:

"Your bill payment has failed

We tried to process the $61.99 payment for your Shopify bill again, but there’s still a problem with your payment method. If we can’t process payment by June 7, 2023, then you and your customers won’t be able to access your store, and you won’t be able to make any sales."

and i still got no money to pay, i was wondering if i didnt pay i will lose the store permenantly? or i will get it back once i pay the bill?

Hi, @SilverPetShop.

Thanks for reaching out about your concerns.

For context, when a bill has failed payment the system will attempt to re-charge your store again in approximately 4-day increments. This will be tried a total of 8 times, and if a payment is unsuccessful within 28 days then the store will be frozen. Note that the store will not move to a frozen stat until the due date that's stated on your bill.

A frozen store can be re-opened by the store owner if they pay all of the outstanding charges under the store's bill. If you choose to re-open the store after 30 days that your last bill was issued however, you'll also be required to select a subscription plan for your store and pay for the upcoming subscription cycle. You can find all of these information and much more in this help guide.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help clarify.

Hi @zenu1, thanks for reaching out about this.

If your subscription has not been charged yet, you can close your store to avoid any further charges. Follow this help doc for the steps on how to deactivate your store. If you choose to start your store again, you can activate your account by signing in.

If your account has already been charged for your monthly subscription, It might be best to have your mom contact our support team so she can help you with this. I know you said you don't want her to find out, but if the invoice was already created for your store she probably will see it. It's great that you want to get into entrepreneurship at your age, but you want to make sure you're involving the adults in your life, so they can help you along the way and so you can remain safe. She can get in contact with our team here. Write "advisor" in the chat to be connected to a live agent.

Hello

I failed to pay my shopify subscription fee for 22 days. Finally I could pay on 23rd day. But i cannot see my store active. My theme, design, products all gone. How to resume my store as it was earlier?
