What's the status of the Spacerails website?

Since several days ago the link says it will come back soon... is it true?

Any news about them?

We are not able to divulge such information over any business on the platform. We are not even able to confirm if they are using Shopify simply due to privacy terms and even if we wanted to, such store-specific information is not something that we have access over the Community. 

Are you able to share more about why you are wanting such information from this store? Getting a better idea on what you are needing will make us understand your situation better so we can assist accordingly from there.

Hi Daniel, thank you for the immediate responde.

I am a client of spacerails.com, have been buying items from them in the past.

I made several videos to post in Facebook wich stand spacerail.com as source of some parts. The statements are in videos´s thumbnails as well as in some scenes.

My concern to the issue is that if spacerails.com does not exist anymore I have to change the information in my videos adding another supplier prior to post them.

With such matters, since we are not able to divulge specific information, we refer you to any email correspondences that you may have had with this store. You can try to look for old order confirmation emails which you can reply directly to inquire from the store and their team.
