Hi there folks. Having trouble getting my DNS settings to properly function from GoDaddy for Shopify. I have another store that DNS settings work fine with a similar setup.
Shopify says "Open your domain provider's DNS settings for www.oil-reminder-stickers.com and set its CNAME record to shops.myshopify.com."
So I did that.....see attached screenshot. I removed the IP address for security purposes.
Am I naming something incorrectly? The screenshot shows I originally used "shops" as the name and used "shops.myshopify.com" as the data entry, but that didn't resolve. Now I'm using "shops" and "myshopify.com" but that doesn't work either?
Shopify still says "Open your domain provider's DNS settings for www.oil-reminder-stickers.com and set its CNAME record to shops.myshopify.com." from my Domain settings page in shopify.
Please help anyone who can. Thank you much.
