What to do if an online order hasn't arrived yet?

I had someone order from shopsoireestore.com in august and they still haven’t received their items but the money came out off their bank account and I’ve been emailing and emailing about the items and no response from the company and didn’t get a tracking number either. What can I do about it? Thank you

If that does not work, you can try filing a complaint with your local consumer protection agency, as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If you paid with a credit card, you may also be able to dispute the charge and request a refund.
